Dalat Cathedral

Location: Cathedral Dalat is located on Tran Phu Street, Da Lat City, near the Novotel.
Features: Dalat Cathedral is one of the typical architecture and the oldest of Dalat.
This is the largest church in the city of Da Lat, known as the Cathedral, or in addition to the name of the church folk Chicken because atop the bell tower with a large statue of a chicken.

The church was built from 1931 to 1942, has a length of 65 m, a width of 14m and 47m high. With that height, the church bell tower can be seen from many parts of the city. The upper part of the wall mounted 70 stained glass panels bearing the imprint of European church architecture medieval.

At Christmas time every year, this is where the focus of a lot of people both inside and outside directors to attend, visit. Also, in Dalat there are many smaller churches Domaine de Marie which (Territory Notre Dame) and Cam Ly church bearing the distinctive look.

Every day, the monks meditate 3 times a day, each time 2 hours and the first time since 3am.
