BRG Kings Island Golf Resort – Discover One of Northern Vietnam’s Most Distinctive Golf Destinations
For international golfers planning a golf holiday in Northern Vietnam, BRG Kings Island Golf Resort offers an experience that extends far beyond a conventional round of golf.

Located at Dong Mo Lake, west of Hanoi, the resort is surrounded by expansive water, natural landscapes, rolling terrain and mature greenery. Today, Kings Island Golf Resort features 55 holes across three distinctive courses—the Lakeside Course, Mountainview Course and Kings Course—making it one of the largest golf destinations in Northern Vietnam. The resort spans approximately 350 hectares of land and is set within the wider Dong Mo Lake landscape.
One of its most memorable features begins before the first tee shot. Guests take a short speedboat journey across Dong Mo Lake to reach the clubhouse, creating a distinctive transition from the journey on land to the peaceful golf environment of the resort.
At VeluxTour, we introduce BRG Kings Island Golf Resort as an outstanding choice for international golfers looking to combine championship golf, natural scenery and a professionally organized Northern Vietnam golf journey.

The Lakeside Course opened in 1993, establishing the resort as one of the pioneering international-standard golf destinations in the region.
The current official course information lists the Lakeside Course at 6,516 yards from the Gold tees, playing to Par 72. Its compact greens feature TifDwarf grass, while the fairways use Bermuda turf.
One of the course’s memorable challenges is the 16th hole, a Par 3 featuring an island green surrounded by water. The finishing stretch also makes strong use of the Dong Mo Lake landscape, creating a scenic conclusion to the round.

The Mountainview Course followed in 2004, the course offers a more expansive layout with natural woodland, rolling terrain and broader views across the surrounding landscape.
Current golf references list Mountainview as an 18-hole, Par 72 course measuring approximately 7,100 yards.
Its longer layout and varied terrain provide a different challenge from Lakeside. Golfers are required to manage elevation changes, carefully consider positioning and adapt to the changing character of the landscape throughout the round.

Kings Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus II, opened in 2018.
The course combines wide fairways with carefully shaped bunker complexes, mature trees, natural creeks and sections influenced by the Dong Mo Lake landscape.
Golf references commonly list the Kings Course as an 18-hole, Par 72 layout measuring approximately 7,310 yards from the back tees.
The Kings Course also includes one of the resort’s most distinctive features: an additional 19th-hole experience, where the Royal Tee is positioned at a waterfall and plays toward two separate greens known as the King Green and Queen Green.

Together, the three courses provide different landscapes, architectural styles and playing experiences.
BRG Kings Island Golf Resort offers international golfers an experience that combines golf, landscape and travel.
From the short speedboat journey across Dong Mo Lake to the choice of three distinctive courses, the destination offers variety at every stage of the experience.
Play the historic Lakeside Course along the waters of Dong Mo Lake. Take on the longer, terrain-driven challenge of the Mountainview Course. Experience modern resort golf at the Kings Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus II.
With VeluxTour, BRG Kings Island can become part of a fully customized Northern Vietnam golf journey, combining carefully selected golf courses, comfortable accommodation, private transportation and authentic travel experiences.
Three courses. 55 holes. One remarkable golf destination near Hanoi.
